Current Safeguarding Concerns

Current Safeguarding Concerns

Following the Orchid View Serious Case Review (published in June 2014), West Sussex Safeguarding Adults Board developed a threshold for informing the public about the significant safeguarding concerns and a means of making the public aware that they can access this information.

You can also find information about people’s views and experiences of some of these services on Healthwatch West Sussex.

This web page has been created to enable significant safeguarding concerns relating to a care home/provider in West Sussex to be shared with the public.

Currently there are two care homes in West Sussex that have been assessed as having significant safeguarding concerns:

  • The Laurels, Guildford Road, Broadbridge Heath, Horsham, RH12 3PQ
  • Orchard Lodge, Tylden House, Dorking Road, Warnham, Horsham, RH12 3RZ
