Tricky Friends

'Tricky Friends' is a short animation originally developed by Norfolk Safeguarding Adults Board. The animation explains what a good friendship looks like, when friendships might be harmful, and how you can access support if your friendships are making you sad.

The animation is just 3.5 minutes long, and is designed to be used by anybody. So, please do share with your family, friends, carers, and groups or organisations you attend.

Hidden Harms

The Norfolk Safeguarding Adults Board have worked in partnership with Dewis Choice, the Centre for Age, Gender and Social Justice, to produce a new animation, 'Hidden Harms', which highlights the unique challenges that older adults face when domestic abuse occurs.

The animation is intended to be a tool for professionals and family members to support a conversation with older adults, and to encourage them to access support, if they are experiencing abuse.

Norfolk Safeguarding Adults Board have made this animation (opens in a new window) available to us, so that it can be used as a learning and support tool in West Sussex. Please do watch and share this animation, which includes contact information for WORTH Specialist Domestic Abuse Service.
