Transitions and safeguarding audit

In 2021-22 the West Sussex Safeguarding Adults Board carried out a transition and safeguarding audit, looking at the safeguarding records of ten young people. The aim of this audit was to evaluate and reflect on practice; learn from experience; inform multi-agency practice development; and strengthen multi-agency working.
